A soulful reinterpretation of the classic New England homestead. Working within a framework of soft, tonal layers, we approached the design to capture the warmth of natural light in order to play upon the hand-applied finishes. By utilizing a materials palette of weathered oak, walnut, concrete and rusty steel, the residence reflects a durability and no nonsense luxury. The Pleasant Valley Home is a space that feels both grounded and ethereal, creating a functional, timeless heritage for years to come.
